ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product, which the BUYER orders electronically from the website of the SELLER, RSE TEXTILE INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC., including the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties according to Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Implementation of Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 4- GENERAL TERMS
4.1- The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and pre-information about the product on the SELLER's website and have confirmed this electronically.
4.2- The product will be delivered within the period specified on the website, depending on the BUYER's location, without exceeding the legal 3-day period.
4.3- If the product is to be delivered to someone else other than the BUYER, the SELLER will not be held responsible if the recipient refuses the delivery.
4.4- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, in accordance with the order specifications, and with any applicable warranty and user manuals.
4.5- The product will be delivered after the signed copy of this agreement has been delivered to the SELLER and the payment has been made by the BUYER using their preferred payment method.
4.6- If the BUYER's credit card is used by unauthorized persons in a way that is not the BUYER's fault after the delivery of the product, and the bank or financial institution does not pay the SELLER, the BUYER must return the product within 3 days at their own cost.
ARTICLE 5- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the delivery of the product to themselves or the designated recipient.
ARTICLE 6- PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
Products that are non-returnable due to their nature, single-use products, copyable software and programs, perishable goods, or products that have passed their expiration date cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 7- COMPETENT COURT
In the application of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER are authorized, depending on the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Additionally, Turkish Courts are also competent in the implementation of this agreement.
By completing the order, the BUYER accepts all terms of this agreement.
