1. Is shipping free?
For orders under 2000 TL, the shipping fee is 120 TL. For orders above 2000 TL, shipping is free in domestic orders. For international orders and shipping fees please contact [email protected] - we are here to assist.
2. When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days, unless there are unforeseen circumstances. Afterwards, depending on the carrier's operations, your order will generally be delivered to your address within 2-4 business days.
3. How can I track my order after it's shipped?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order by clicking the link in the SMS or by visiting the carrier’s website.
4. Do you deliver to every location in Turkey?
We deliver to every location that Kolay Gelsin/Sendeo company delivers to. For detailed information, you can visit the related company's website.
5. What happens if my package doesn't arrive or I'm not home?
If you are not at the address on the delivery day, your package will be delivered to the nearest branch of the carrier. If the package is not picked up from the branch within 3 business days, it will be returned to us. If the package is returned to us, we can resend it if you contact us. If you don't contact us, the order will be canceled, and the amount paid will be refunded in the way you paid.

6. What is your return policy?
You can return products within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused, their tags are not removed, the resale condition is intact, and accessories are complete. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you with payment due.
7. Do I pay when returning my order?
Return and exchange are completely free if the products meet the return/exchange conditions.
8. How can I make a return?

9. How should I package the item I want to return?
We kindly ask you to send the item in its original box. If you are unable to send it in the original box, please make sure that the item is properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
10. When will my money be refunded after returning the product?
Returns will be received within 1-3 business days, and after inspection within another 1-3 business days, we will process the return and notify you. The refund to your account or statement may take 5-15 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank.
